Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing & Production Time

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Stock items are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom-made signs may take up to 2–3 weeks for production before shipping, depending on materials and design requirements.
    You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the UK using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery options may be available at checkout depending on order size and destination.
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and location.

Delivery of Large Signs

For larger or heavy signs, delivery may be made via pallet or freight courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that the delivery site has suitable access. Failed delivery due to restricted access or missed appointments may incur re-delivery charges.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging our signs, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Tina within 48 hours of delivery at info@preselisignsanddesigns.co.uk or 07814 540557.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If the item is in stock, a replacement can be shipped once we receive the returned item.
If the item is custom-made, we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible — custom replacements may take up to 2–3 weeks to produce.

Returns & Incorrect Orders

If you’ve ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs).

Custom-made or personalised signs cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we’ll help track it with the courier.
